Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are a fun and unexpected way to enjoy buffalo flavors instead of wings.

Ground chicken is a fun change from the typical beef or pork meatballs that are usually served. Chicken is typically leaner that the other meats as well.

These Buffalo Chicken Meatballs have carrots and celery in them for added flavor. Plus, the veggies add nutrition.

Pro Tips…

If needed, you can use gluten free panko and dairy free milk to make your meatballs. Don’t worry! They’ll still turn out yummy!

Use any brand of buffalo sauce you like! Buffalo sauce is also called “wing sauce.” It can be found in supermarkets next to the BBQ sauce.

Optional: saute carrots and celery for a few minutes before adding to meat mixture if not in tiny pieces. (I like to use my Ninja mini chopper to finely dice veggies.)
