Ingredients

What kind of shrimp should I use?  I used tail-off shrimp in my Sriracha Shrimp, but you can use tail-on if you prefer. Just make sure you buy peeled and de-veined shrimp to save time.

Is Sriracha Shrimp gluten-free?  Yes!  It can be dairy-free, as well!  Simply substitute your preferred dairy-free butter for the regular variety.  This is a great recipe to serve family members or guests with food sensitivities without sacrificing taste.

Preparation

Can I add more Sriracha sauce to the marinade?  Absolutely!  More Sriracha sauce equals more heat!  If your family likes spicy food, this is the way to make it!

Do I add the marinade to the air fryer?  No!  Make sure you drain the excess marinade off of your Sriracha Shrimp before you place them in the air fryer basket.

Pro Tips
