The air fryer is perfect for making up delicious cubed sweet potatoes that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! So much faster than roasting in the oven.

Ingredients You’ll Need…

  • 1 pound sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea saltcubes of raw sweet potatoes in air fryer basket

You only need a tiny bit of oil for roasting veggie in the air fryer!

How To Make Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes:

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  2. Toss with olive oil and salt and place in air fryer basket

Customize your sweet potatoes!  Add different seasonings before cooking.
 
Make them sweet, savory, or spicy!
 
Cook potatoes until tender in the middle and crispy and lightly browned on the outside.

  • 1 pound sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  • Peel sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • Toss with olive oil and salt and place in air fryer basket
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until browned and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, shaking occasionally

Notes

  • Can add seasonings to the potatoes before cooking to customize or make them spicier
  • Cook until tender in the middle and crispy and lightly browned on the outside
