- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving

- 8 oz grape tomatoes halved lengthwise
- 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon celtic salt or kosher salt or to taste
Instructions
- Toss together in a glass bowl until combined
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving
