2tablespoonsMemphis Rub Seasoninghomemade or store-bought
1cupbeef broth
Instructions
Place brisket fat side up in electric pressure cooker
Add broth and sprinkle with seasoning
Seal and set for 60 minutes on manual high pressure according to manufacturer instructions
Allow natural pressure release (may take around 15 minutes) and then check beef for doneness
Beef should be at an internal temp of 205 degrees for best shredding, if not, restart pressure cooker for an additional 10-20 minutes and allow for natural pressure release before checking again
