It's time to rethink the meaning of quick dinners! With this Pressure Cooker Brisket you can have amazing shredded beef perfect for sandwiches, tacos and more in just about an hour!

Ingredients

  • 3 pound flat cut brisket
  • 2 tablespoons Memphis Rub Seasoning homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  • Place brisket fat side up in electric pressure cooker
  • Add broth and sprinkle with seasoning
  • Seal and set for 60 minutes on manual high pressure according to manufacturer instructions
  • Allow natural pressure release (may take around 15 minutes) and then check beef for doneness
  • Beef should be at an internal temp of 205 degrees for best shredding, if not, restart pressure cooker for an additional 10-20 minutes and allow for natural pressure release before checking again
