3 pound flank steak 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup orange juice 1 lime 2 teaspoons garlic 1 teaspoons cilantro 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon honey
Place flank steak in large baggie
Whisk together remaining ingredients
Pour over steak and let marinate for at least 2 hours
Preheat grill to medium high heat (around 400 degrees)
Cook for 8-12 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached (I suggest cooking to 130 degrees F)
Remove and let rest for 10-15 minutes
Slice against the grain to serve
