24 oz sockeye salmon 4 fillets 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons seasoning blend
Preheat grill to medium high heat (350-400 degrees)
Brush non-skin side of salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning
Place salmon skin side down on grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F
If desired, flip to flesh side for 1-2 minutes to create grill marks
Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes before serving
no need to remove the skin before cooking - it will come off easily after cooking
use any favorite seasoning blend flavor you like - anything from herb and garlic to citrus based is great
using a meat thermometer is the best way to monitor for doneness
use any type of salmon you prefer, I like sockeye for texture and flavor
