1 1/2 cups arborio rice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup diced onion 3 garlic cloves 3 cups chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil in pot on saute function
Add onion and garlic and saute until softened
Add everything but cheese to pot and cover and seal
Set to high pressure 6 minutes
Quick release and stir in cheese before serving
