Carne Asada Tacos
Ingredients
- Grilled Carne Asada
- Mexican Street Corn Salad
- 12 taco sized flour tortillas or corn tortillas if you prefer
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Instructions
- Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil
- Heat skillet to medium high heat
- Add tortillas one at a time until lightly browned, flip and brown other side (30-60 seconds)
- Serve topped with carne asada and corn salad
