Yogurt Sauce

This easy 4 ingredient yogurt sauce is the perfect topping for spicy and flavorful dishes like Moroccan Chicken and Fresh Salmon Patties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredient to small mixng bowl and whisk until smooth
  • Store in airtight container in fridge up to 4 days until ready to serve

Notes

  • you can make this ahead of time and store in an air-tight container for up to 3-4 days
  • you can easily double or cut in half
  • it's not recommended to freeze as the dairy will separate 
  • feel free to swap herbs and seasonings out for other options to customize to your liking and the dish you are making
  • you can sub out sour cream for the greek yogurt if desired
