Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo see notes regarding Brands
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh or bottled

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients until smooth
  • Store in air tight container in fridge for up to 4 days

Notes

  • mayo options: I prefer Hellmann's but Duke's is also great if you want something sugar free and if you need an avocado oil based mayo, Primal Kitchen is a good option
  • if stored properly this will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days
  • you can adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing the amount of Sriracha sauce 
  • if you don't have lemon juice at all, try lime juice or even a little water instead
