Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers
Need an appetizer perfect for the big game but so easy you can whip it up for any occasion? These Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers take only 4 ingredients and 20 minutes!

1/2 pound jalapeno peppers 5-6 peppers 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature 1/4 cup apricot preserves 6 slices center cut bacon
Cut off stem end of jalapeno and cut in half legnthwise
Remove ribs and seeds using a sharp knife
Mix together cream cheese and apricot preserves until smooth
Place cream cheese mixture in disposable zipper bag and cut off tip
Use bag to pipe mixture into jalapeno halves
Cut bacon in half and wrap each cut piece around jalapeno half leaving seam on bottom
Place in single layer in air fryer basket
Cook at 360 degrees for 10 minutes or until jalapenos are tender and bacon is cooked
Place cream cheese mixture in plastic bag then cut tip and pipe into jalapeños for easier filling
Switch up the flavor! Swap the type of preserves you use
Adjust cooking time as needed based on size of jalapenos
Poppers are done when they are crisp tender, bacon is cooked, and filling is bubbly
Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in microwave for a few seconds.
