Basic yes? Boring? Not at all! This homemade seasoning blend makes the best taco meat around, perfect for Taco Tuesday or just meal prepping for a quick homemade dinner any night of the week!

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef first and drain any excess grease. I don’t recommend rinsing.
  • Add the seasonings after the beef has been drained so that you don’t lose any of them.
  • Add a little water and let simmer until it cooks down

Notes

  • Double (or triple), store leftovers portioned in the freezer
  • Also make using ground chicken, turkey, or pork
  • Let leftovers cool completely, store in airtight containers in fridge up to 3 days or freezer for up to 3 months
