Brown the ground beef first and drain any excess grease. I don’t recommend rinsing.
Add the seasonings after the beef has been drained so that you don’t lose any of them.
Add a little water and let simmer until it cooks down
Double (or triple), store leftovers portioned in the freezer
Also make using ground chicken, turkey, or pork
Let leftovers cool completely, store in airtight containers in fridge up to 3 days or freezer for up to 3 months
