Ingredients

  • 4 hearts of romaine, washed and dried
  • 1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
  • 1 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place romaine hearts on large platter

  2. Top with tomatoes and cheese

  3. Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream and seasonings until smooth

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste

  5. Drizzle over salad as desired

Recipe Notes

Fresh herbs can be substituted for dried if desired. You will likely need to double the measurements, but use your judgement to create a dressing to your taste.
