This Wedge Salad with Herbed Buttermilk Dressing is a quick and fresh side dish that also makes a delicious lunch!

Ingredients

  • 4 hearts of romaine, washed and dried
  • 1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
  • 1 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place romaine hearts on large platter
  • Top with tomatoes and cheese
  • Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream and seasonings until smooth
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Drizzle over salad as desired

Notes

Fresh herbs can be substituted for dried if desired. You will likely need to double the measurements, but use your judgement to create a dressing to your taste.
