8 oz grape tomatoes halved lengthwise 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon celtic salt or kosher salt or to taste
Use fresh herbs instead of dried, if desired
Optional: red pepper flakes
Substitute apple cider vinegar or lemon juice for rice vinegar
Substitute cherry tomatoes / heirloom tomatoes if desired
