Chicken Lettuce Wraps
For a quick and satisfying dinner that won't leave you feeling stuffed, try these simple Chicken Lettuce Wraps with pineapple and a delicious tangy sauce!

1 pound ground chicken breasts (99% fat free) 8 oz canned water chestnuts, chopped 8 oz canned pineapple chunks in 100% juice, drained 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce 1 head lettuce (about 8-12 leaves)
Cook ground chicken in skillet over medium high heat while breaking apart with spatula
Add chopped water chestnuts and pineapple
Mix together teriyaki sauce, vinegar and Sriracha and pour over chicken in skillet
Heat through
Serve on lettuce leaves
