Carne Asada Tacos

Ingredients
Grilled Carne Asada
Mexican Street Corn Salad

taco sized flour tortillas
or corn tortillas if you prefer
2
tablespoons
canola oil
Instructions
Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil
Heat skillet to medium high heat
Add tortillas one at a time until lightly browned, flip and brown other side (30-60 seconds)
Serve topped with carne asada and corn salad
