Homemade dressings are always better! This simple lemon vinaigrette dressing takes only 5 minutes and 5 ingredients that you probably already have on hand for a creamy tasty dressing perfect on salads and more.

1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons dijon mustard 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon salt
Whisk or shake ingredient together until smooth and creamy
Store in fridge for up to 3 days in jar or container
Shake or whisk before using
Double, triple, etc. as needed
Store in air tight container in fridge up to 3 days, freezer up to 3 months
May need to let warm at room temp a few minutes before serving
Swap out for any type of mustard you prefer
Fresh lemon juice is also fine in this recipe
