Air Fryer Chicken Breast

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts I used tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon greek seasoning

Instructions

  • Add chicken, oil and seasoning to large bowl and toss to coat
  • Add chicken to air fryer basket in single layer
  • Cook at 380 degrees in air fryer for 8-10 minutes until chicken reaches internal temp of 165 degrees F

Notes

  • Add 3-5 minutes total cook time for breasts instead of tenderloins, check internal temp to ensure it's done.
  • While preheating your air fryer is generally recommended, I rarely do and still have great results. 
  • Chicken is cooked when internal temp reaches 165 degrees F
  • Toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning and store in fridge up to 24 hours in advance until ready to cook
