Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

Craving a burger but don’t want to fire up the grill? My favorite turkey burger recipe uses only 4 ingredients for delicious results and can be cooked in about 10 minutes using your air fryer!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 jalapeno diced, ribs and seeds removed
  • 1 shallot peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients by hand in small bowl until just combined
  • Divide into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties
  • Place in air fryer basket at cook at 380 degrees for 10-12 mintues until cooked through

Notes

  • Serve on as desired on buns or lettuce wraps
  • Prep ahead!  Mix together, form patties, separate by parchment paper or wrap each patty in plastic wrap
  • Store in fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 3 months
  • Let cool completely then store in air tight containers in fridge up to 3 days 
  • Burgers are done when they reach and internal temp of 165 degrees F
