Air Fryer Turkey Burgers
Craving a burger but don’t want to fire up the grill? My favorite turkey burger recipe uses only 4 ingredients for delicious results and can be cooked in about 10 minutes using your air fryer!

1 pound ground turkey 1 jalapeno diced, ribs and seeds removed 1 shallot peeled and diced 1 teaspoon jarred minced garlic
Mix together all ingredients by hand in small bowl until just combined
Divide into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties
Place in air fryer basket at cook at 380 degrees for 10-12 mintues until cooked through
Serve on as desired on buns or lettuce wraps
Prep ahead! Mix together, form patties, separate by parchment paper or wrap each patty in plastic wrap
Store in fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 3 months
Let cool completely then store in air tight containers in fridge up to 3 days
Burgers are done when they reach and internal temp of 165 degrees F
