I didn’t preheat the air fryer, so if you choose to do so, you may need to reduce cooking time slightly
Overall cooking time will depending on thickness of wedges
Potatoes will be very hot, allow to cool slightly before serving
Let leftovers cool completely then store in air tight containers in fridge up to 3 days
