Air Fryer Salmon Patties

One of my favorites for a quick and easy lunch or dinner is salmon patties! This recipe uses canned salmon and only 5 other ingredients for a quick and healthy meal you can make in 10 minutes using your air fryer!

  • 2 cans salmon
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill


  • Drain salmon and add to a small bowl
  • Break apart with a fork and add remaining ingredients
  • Use a fork or your hands to combine well
  • Form into 6 equal size round patties about 1/2 inch thick
  • Spray each side with avocado oil and add to air fryer basket
  • Cook at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes until cooked through, flipping once


  • Use wheat flour if almond flour is unavailable
  • Top with pineapple salsa or tartar sauce
