Air Fryer Salmon Patties
One of my favorites for a quick and easy lunch or dinner is salmon patties! This recipe uses canned salmon and only 5 other ingredients for a quick and healthy meal you can make in 10 minutes using your air fryer!

2 cans salmon 1/4 cup almond flour 1 egg 2 tablespoons mayo 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Drain salmon and add to a small bowl
Break apart with a fork and add remaining ingredients
Use a fork or your hands to combine well
Form into 6 equal size round patties about 1/2 inch thick
Spray each side with avocado oil and add to air fryer basket
Cook at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes until cooked through, flipping once
Use wheat flour if almond flour is unavailable
Top with pineapple salsa or tartar sauce
