Is there any better summertime treat than a delicious ear of fresh corn on the cob? Yes! A corn on the cob that can be made in 10 minutes in your air fryer and is topped off with delicious seasonings and creamy goat cheese!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Spray corn with oil and then sprinkle evenly with seasonings
  • Place in air fryer basket then cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, flipping once or twice
  • They are done when tender to your liking and slightly browned
  • Let cool slightly then sprinkle with goat cheese and cilantro

Notes

  • Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days
  • If using frozen corn on the cob cook time and temperature will need to be adjusted
