Instant pot Country Style Ribs

Country Style Ribs are meaty and delicious and come out perfectly tender and juicy when you make them in your Instant Pot!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds country style ribs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves

Instructions

  • Heat butter in instant pot on saute
  • Add ribs and cook for a few minutes on each side until lightly browned
  • Turn off Instant Pot
  • Whisk together broth, sauce and preserves and pour over ribs
  • Cover, seal and set to high pressure for 15 minutes
  • Allow natural pressure release for at least 10 minutes
  • Remove and serve with additional BBQ sauce or as desired

Notes

  • Make sure ribs are cooked properly to avoid toughness
  • Skip browning ribs if in a rush
  • Chop up leftovers to use in salads
  • Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days
