  • Mix together olive oil and spices into a paste
  • Rub over pork and let rest at least 15 minutes or up to 30 minutes in fridge
  • Place in air fryer basket
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until pork reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees
  • Let rest at least 10 minutes then slice before serving

  • Pork is done when it reaches internal temp of 145 degrees F.
  • Let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing to ensure it doesn’t dry out
  • Leave out / reduce the chipotle chili powder for less spicy pork
  • Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 3 months
