Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  • Add chicken, broth and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce to Instant Pot
  • Cover, seal and set to high pressure for 12 minutes
  • Allow at least 5 minutes for natural pressure release then turn valve to release remaining pressure
  • Remove chicken to a separate bowl and shred
  • Mix with additional buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid
  • Discard remaining liquid

Notes

  • Choose a different sauce to make spicy or mild
  • Recipe can be doubled or tripled
  • Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days in fridge
