2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast 1 cup chicken broth 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
Add chicken, broth and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce to Instant Pot
Cover, seal and set to high pressure for 12 minutes
Allow at least 5 minutes for natural pressure release then turn valve to release remaining pressure
Remove chicken to a separate bowl and shred
Mix with additional buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid
Discard remaining liquid
Choose a different sauce to make spicy or mild
Recipe can be doubled or tripled
Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days in fridge
