Ingredients

  • 8 oz chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to bowl and toss to combine well
  • Cover tightly and store in fridge for at least 30 minutes until ready to serve

Notes

  • Avocado mayo can be substituted
  • Substituting sugar:  reduce to 1 teaspoon
