10 oz baby spinach 15 oz can quartered artichoke hearts drained 8 oz whipped cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 cups shredded cheddar 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Add spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken stock and red pepper flakes to instant pot and stir to combine
Set to high pressure for 3 minutes
Once cooking time has finished, perform a quick release according to manufacturer’s instructions
Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted
Serve with tortilla chips
