Instructions

  • Remove netting from turkey
  • Rub turkey with butter until evenly coated then sprinkle with seasoning
  • Place skin side up in air fryer
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes flipping once, until turkey reaches internal temp of 165 degrees F
  • Remove to platter or cutting board and let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing

Notes

  • you can leave net on so that it cooks more evenly, but the cook time will be longer
  • if you take net off, cook time will vary depending on how even the pieces are, but it will cook faster
  • cook to an internal temp of 165 degrees F (use a meat thermometer)
  • letting the turkey rest (or set uncovered) for 15 minutes before slicing will ensure it stays juicy
