Air Fryer Scallops
Think scallops are tricky to make? Not any more! These Air Fryer Scallops are fool proof! Plus, they're wrapped in bacon. What could be better?

- 12 oz frozen scallops thawed and patted dry
- 16 slices about 2 oz precooked center cut bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons seafood or cajun seasoning
Wrap one piece of bacon around edges of scallops securing with toothpick
Brush both sides with oil and sprinkle with seasoning
Place in air fryer basket in single layer
Cook at 400 degrees for 4 minutes, flip and continue cooking until cooked through until tender and opaque (about another 4 minutes)
