Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to bowl and toss to combine
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve

Notes

  • Use good quality balsamic vinegar
  • Store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
