- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 pound white baby potatoes diced
- 12 ounces baby carrots diced
- 2 tablespoons tapioca pearls
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend like Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
Add everything except the peas and corn to the slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
Stir in peas and corn and heat through for 20-30 minutes before serving
