1/4 cup ground flax seed 1/4 cup almond milk 1 pound ground turkey 1 egg 1 teaspoon seasoning blend
Mix together ground flax seed and almond milk and set aside for 5 minutes
Add softened flax seed to turkey along with egg and seasoning blend
Use hands to gently mix until just combined
Roll into 8 equal sized balls and place on cookie sheet (spray with nonstick spray or line with parchment)
Place in preheated 400 degree F oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until meatballs reach internal temperature of 165 degrees
