Toss sliced potatoes in a bowl with oil and seasonings
Place potatoes in air fryer basket
Cook at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes, shaking occasionally until potatoes are tender in the middle and crispy on outside
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
Freeze in a bag with all air removed for up to 3 months. Reheat from frozen in the air fryer.
Use another variety of small, waxy potatoes if you prefer.
