Air fryer steak bites and potatoes are a simple dinner combination that feels fancier than your norm! Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless ribeye
  • 1 pound russet potatoes peeled
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 ℉ for 5 minutes
  • Cut ribeye into cubes about 1 ½ - 2 inches in size
  • Cut potatoes into 1 to 1 ½-inch cubes
  • Stir together melted butter, olive oil, and seasonings
  • Toss ½ of butter mixture with potatoes
  • Add potatoes to air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes
  • Toss remaining butter mixture with steak
  • Add steak to potatoes in the air fryer and continue cooking for 8 - 10 minutes until steak is to desired doneness and potatoes are tender on the inside

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For the best texture, reheat in the air fryer at 375 ℉ for 3-5 minutes. Microwaving can also work, but it may dry out the steak.
  • Optional: For crispier potatoes, soak the potato cubes in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry thoroughly before cooking.
  • Avoid overcrowding the basket, and cook the steak and potatoes in batches if needed.
  • Cut the steak and potatoes into uniform sizes for even cooking.
