1 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 4 tablespoons very cold salted butter 1/2 cup milk
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat air fryer to 325 ℉
Mix together dry ingredients for biscuits
Cut 3 tablespoons of butter into tiny pieces and then work them into dry ingredients using a fork until evenly combined
Add milk and combine into a dough
If dough is still really sticky, add flour (1 tablespoon at a time) until you can touch dough without it sticking to your fingers
Place dough on a floured surface and roll it out to about 1/2 inch thick
Use biscuit cutter to cut dough into 4-5 individual biscuits (I used a juice glass)
Spray bottom of air fryer basket with nonstick spray
Add biscuits and cook for 6-8 minutes until they just turn golden on top
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon of butter
Top biscuits with melted butter
Continue cooking for 3-5 more minutes until lightly browned and cooked through
Refrigerate leftover biscuits for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Freeze on parchment paper, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
Reheat biscuits in the air fryer from the fridge or frozen at 300℉ until warmed through.
Make sure the biscuits have space between them in the air fryer so that they brown evenly.
