  • Rinse frozen salmon fillets under running water for 30 seconds, then pat them dry to remove any ice
  • Brush tops with olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning, and place skin side down in air fryer
  • Begin cooking at 390 ℉ for 6-7 minutes until it begins to thaw
  • Mix together remaining ingredients for glaze
  • Brush glaze across tops of salmon fillets and continue cooking for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through to 145 ℉

Notes

  • Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350 ℉ for 3-4 minutes or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  • Cook in batches if needed to prevent overcrowding and ensure crisp edges.
  • Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the size of the fillets.
  • Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork in the middle or it reaches 145 ℉ internally.
  • Use an instant-read thermometer for the most accurate results.
  • Thawing salmon before cooking shortens the cooking time by 3-4 minutes.
