  • 8 oz frozen potstickers any meat option or vegetarian
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for topping

Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon honey or sugar
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes or sriracha optional for spice

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 370 ℉ for 3-5 minutes
  • Lightly spray air fryer basket with avocado oil spray to prevent sticking
  • Arrange frozen pot stickers in a single layer, leaving space between for air circulation
  • Lightly mist potstickers with avocado oil on top
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and heated through (use less time if you use mini-potstickers)
  • (Optional) Mix up dipping sauce by combining all sauce ingredients and lightly whisking together
  • Serve immediately with dipping sauce and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds

Notes

  • Store leftover potstickers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Avoid refreezing cooked potstickers.
  • Reheat pot stickers in the air fryer at 350 ℉ for 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
  • No need to thaw the pot stickers; cook them directly from frozen for best results.
  • Arrange in a single layer without overcrowding for even crisping, and cook in batches as needed.
  • Flip pot stickers halfway through cooking for even heating and browning.
