  • Grill

  • 24 oz sockeye salmon 4 fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning blend

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat (350-400 degrees)
  • Brush non-skin side of salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning
  • Place salmon skin side down on grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F
  • If desired, flip to flesh side for 1-2 minutes to create grill marks
  • Remove and let rest 5-10 minutes before serving

  • no need to remove the skin before cooking - it will come off easily after cooking
  • use any favorite seasoning blend flavor you like - anything from herb and garlic to citrus based is great
  • using a meat thermometer is the best way to monitor for doneness
  • use any type of salmon you prefer, I like sockeye for texture and flavor
