2 halibut filets 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs can use gluten free 2 tablespoons melted butter can use dairy free 1 teaspoon herb and garlic seasoning
Pat each filet dry with paper towel
Mix together remaining ingredients and and layer on top of each filet
Place in air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Make substitutions for gluten-free and dairy-free
Add 1/8 teaspoon salt if your seasoning blend doesn't have it
Double the recipe to feed 4 people
Only bread the top side of fish.
Be careful not to move fish around so the topping will stick
