  • 1 pound baby gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper or 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or other favorite dried herb

Instructions

  • Quarter potatoes or dice into small bite-sized pieces
  • Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients in a bowl
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 ℉.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes (tossing occasionally) until browned and crispy outside and tender inside
  • Serve with eggs or as desired

Notes

  • Store leftover potatoes in the fridge for 3-4 days and reheat for a few minutes in the air fryer.
