Air Fryer Cauliflower Bites

Sriracha Ranch Dip

  • ½ cup ranch dressing bottled or homemade
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to taste
  • Juice of ½ a lemon optional, for brightness

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380 ℉
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, and in another bowl, mix panko, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt
  • Dip cauliflower florets into egg, then dredge in panko mixture until well coated
  • Place florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, and lightly spray with avocado oil spray
  • Air-fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy
  • Stir ranch dressing, sriracha, and lemon juice together to make a dipping sauce
  • Serve cauliflower bites hot with sriracha ranch on the side

Notes

  • Store leftover cauliflower bites in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container (skip the freezer since the breading will become soggy).
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350 ℉ for 3-4 minutes to crisp again.
  • Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets so they cook at the same rate.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket, and cook in batches if needed.
  • To get the crispiest bites, dry or blot the florets before cooking.
  • Lightly spray the florets with oil for better browning.
  • Shake the basket halfway through air frying if needed.
  • Serve immediately! Cauliflower bites are at their crispiest when hot.
