  • 16 oz frozen shredded hash browns use 100% potato hash browns if possible
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Spray air fryer basket with a small amount of oil to coat cooking surface
  • Spread frozen hash browns in a single layer in basket
  • Spray hash browns with a bit more oil to coat
  • Cook at 370 ℉ in air fryer for 10 minutes then flip potatoes
  • Spray top with a bit more oil and sprinkle with seasoning
  • Finish cooking until crispy, about 4-5 more minutes

Notes

  • Store leftover hash browns in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze individual servings for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet or the air fryer.
  • To ensure the hash browns are evenly cooked and crispy, don’t overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches, depending on your air fryer size.
