2 mahi mahi fillets 2 tablespoons melted butter regular or dairy-free 1 teaspoon cajun or blackening seasoning

Pat each fillet dry with paper towel
Brush top of each fillet with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning
Place fillets in air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Store leftover fillets in the fridge for up to 3 days or wrap them airtight and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Thaw fillets before cooking.
Reheat the fillets in the air fryer for a few minutes, or add to a skillet with some butter or oil. Defrost the fish before reheating.
