1 pound sweet potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
Get Recipe Ingredients
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½ inch cubes
Toss potatoes with olive oil and salt and place them in air fryer basket
Cook at 400 ℉ for 10-12 minutes until browned and crispy on outside and tender on inside, shaking occasionally
Store leftover potato cubes in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To get the best crispy texture again, reheat the potatoes in the air fryer at a lower heat setting or 275 ℉.
