  • 1 pound sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  • Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½ inch cubes
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil and salt and place them in air fryer basket
  • Cook at 400 ℉ for 10-12 minutes until browned and crispy on outside and tender on inside, shaking occasionally

Notes

  • Store leftover potato cubes in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • To get the best crispy texture again, reheat the potatoes in the air fryer at a lower heat setting or 275 ℉.
  • Customize the potatoes by adding alternate seasonings before cooking.
