Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen potato wedges or home fries
  • 3 cups leftover chili
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Cook fries according to package directions
  • Reheat leftover chili to piping hot
  • Serve warmed fries topped with chili, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro

Notes

  • Store leftover fries and chili separately in airtight containers in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • Reheat the fries in the oven or air fryer to crisp them back up, and avoid the microwave. Warm the chili on the stovetop or in the microwave and reassemble the fries just before serving.
  • Serve immediately to keep the fries from getting soggy.
