Lay bacon strips in a single layer in air fryer basket
Set air fryer to 350 ℉ for 15 minutes
Flip bacon strips after 10 minutes
When bacon has cooked to your preferred crispiness, remove from basket and place on a paper towel to remove excess grease
Let it cool completely, then store it in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
If you use thin cut bacon, decrease the cooking time and cook until it reaches the desired crispiness.
Add a thin layer of water to the bottom of the basket to keep it from smoking.
Use tongs to move bacon easily without burning yourself.
