Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380 ℉ and prepare sprouts
Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer, and work in batches if needed
Air-fry for 7-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until sprouts are very crispy and browned on the edges and tender in the center when pierced with a fork
Meanwhile, whisk together maple syrup, sriracha, and soy sauce in small bowl
When Brussels sprouts are done, toss them immediately with glaze until coated
Notes
Store leftover sprouts in an airtight container in the fridge for 2–3 days (freezing isn’t recommended since they’ll get mushy).
Reheat in the air fryer at 350 ℉ for 3-4 minutes to restore crispiness.
Use medium-sized sprouts for more even cooking.
After washing, dry the sprouts thoroughly to prevent sogginess.
Halving the sprouts produces crispier edges.
Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
Serve immediately after tossing with the glaze to maintain the crispy texture.
