Equipment

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub potatoes, then cut in half lengthwise
  • Cut each half into quarters, also lengthwise
  • Toss cut potatoes with oil and seasoning in bowl
  • Place wedges in single layer in air fryer basket
  • Cook in air fryer at 380 ℉ for 15-20 minutes until browned and crispy on outside and tender inside, shaking every few minutes for even cooking.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 375 ℉ for 4-5 minutes, or in the oven at 400 ℉ for 10 minutes. (Use the microwave only if needed since it will soften the texture.)
  • Optional: Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking for extra crispiness.
  • Leave space between the wedges in the basket for even cooking.
  • Cook potatoes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  • No need to preheat the air fryer. If you choose to preheat, reduce the cooking time slightly.
  • Potatoes will be very hot, so allow them to cool slightly before serving.
