These hot potatoes will barely have time to cool before being devoured! Crispy air fryer potato wedges are made with just 3 ingredients and make a delightful side to practically any main dish. Get perfectly golden spuds in the air fryer - and no greasy mess!
Wash and scrub potatoes, then cut in half lengthwise
Cut each half into quarters, also lengthwise
Toss cut potatoes with oil and seasoning in bowl
Place wedges in single layer in air fryer basket
Cook in air fryer at 380 ℉ for 15-20 minutes until browned and crispy on outside and tender inside, shaking every few minutes for even cooking.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 375 ℉ for 4-5 minutes, or in the oven at 400 ℉ for 10 minutes. (Use the microwave only if needed since it will soften the texture.)
Optional: Soak the wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking for extra crispiness.
Leave space between the wedges in the basket for even cooking.
Cook potatoes until golden brown and fork-tender.
No need to preheat the air fryer. If you choose to preheat, reduce the cooking time slightly.
Potatoes will be very hot, so allow them to cool slightly before serving.
