Season steak on both sides and place in the air fryer
Cook for 6-7 minutes, then flip steak
Check temperature and cook for 3-7 additional minutes, depending on your desired doneness
Top steak with a slice of butter and close air fryer to let it melt for 1 minute
Remove steak and let it rest before serving
Slice leftover steak into strips and store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
