  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter can be dairy-free if you prefer

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 ℉
  • Season steak on both sides and place in the air fryer
  • Cook for 6-7 minutes, then flip steak
  • Check temperature and cook for 3-7 additional minutes, depending on your desired doneness
  • Top steak with a slice of butter and close air fryer to let it melt for 1 minute
  • Remove steak and let it rest before serving

Notes

  • Slice leftover steak into strips and store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat at a low temperature or reduce power to prevent overcooking.
  • Select a steak that is at least 1 inch thick to prevent overcooking in the air fryer.
